This is a paper that was presented at a training
seminar for lawyers in Los Angeles (USA) and is made available on-line by
the South California Association of
Fingerprint Officers along with heaps of other articles about
fingerprinting and identification from their official publication The
Print . This organisation also offers an on-line
bibliography of fingerprinting with over 800 references (many are
on-line). Be warned, it is a large file!
